How does Ourpay work?

When you agree to checkout using Ourpay, you only have to pay the initial installment amount (25%) up front. Every two weeks, we will debit a further 25% of the order total until you have completed the full purchase amount. To help you keep on top of your payments, we'll email you through a reminder two days before your next installment is due to come out.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If we attempt to deduct an installment and there are insufficient funds, we will attempt to take the funds from any available payment source nominated on your account each day until the installment has been successfully debited.

How can I update my payment details?

To update or change which card future installments are taken, please visit one of the websites listed that has Ourpay. Go to My Payments page and add a new payment method.

Can I personalise my payment plan?

Unfortunately, we are unable to personalise payment plans and must follow the scheduled plan agreed to at the time of purchase. This means we cannot take advanced payments should you choose to settle the payment of your purchase earlier.

Is there a limit to how much I can pay with Ourpay?

Each customer has a limit ranging from that they can checkout using Ourpay. If your total checkout amount exceeds the Ourpay limit, you can pay the remaining amount in full using either a Credit or Debit Card.

I cannot see Ourpay option at checkout?

You may not able to see Ourpay if you have previously used another payment method. Simply select "Add New Payment Method" and you can select Ourpay option.

What card types does Ourpay use?

Ourpay accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

What happens when I return/refund part of my order?

When you make a partial refund/return it can be a little confusing. If you still have installments left to pay - we will simply read just your schedule.

For example, your order was 100 with 4 25 installments. You refund an item that is 10. On your next installment instead of deducting 25 we will deduct 15 – as we received your 10 return.

You can also view your payment schedule and how refunds may adjust the schedule plan within My Account.

Please allow for 5 business days for the refund to process into your bank account.
